MindMatter was founded in 2015 by Clement Farah and Marwan Rachid, two ambitious entrepreneurs who saw the huge potential for businesses to leverage emerging AI technology to transform their operations. Clement brought deep expertise in IT and software development, having led engineering teams for technology startups. Meanwhile, Marwan offered strategic perspective from years advising enterprises on digital transformation and growth hacking for rapid scale.
Combining Clement’s technical prowess and Marwan’s marketing strategy knowledge, MindMatter set out to make artificial intelligence more accessible and impactful for companies in Lebanon and globally. They assembled a talented team of developers, data scientists and marketing consultants to provide services integrating automation, personalization and optimization through AI even in the early days of AI’s emergence.
By 2019, Clement, Marwan and the MindMatter team had successfully modernized digital operations for dozens of local startups and enterprises. As their reputation grew, the founders chose to relocate from Lebanon to Tallinn, Estonia to gain access to more AI talent and better serve Northern European clientele primed for operational modernization.
Today, with Clement as CEO and Marwan as CMO, MindMatter boasts a staff of over 30 specialists in custom AI development, predictive analytics, strategic consulting and more. Since those early applications of sales personalization and medical imaging AI, the company continues to expand the cutting-edge machine learning capabilities that businesses can leverage for process automation, intelligent workflows and optimized customer experiences.
